Shipping & Returns

We are located in Rural NSW.  

Unfortunately please expect an extra day for delivery with orders due to our location at Walcha Road NSW 2354.  

We appreciate your understanding and support of a rural business.

Postage cost is $9.95 per order.  

We  only use Australia Post for all our order.

 Parcel tracking is sent to you upon fulfilment of your order.

Returns

We totally understand that sometimes you buy something online and it doesn't fit or not quite the colour you wanted.  In this case we are happy to refund any items. 

To return items please email sales@mylittleshop.com.au first to arrange a return.

We accept returns on items within 10 days of  order being received by customer.

Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer.

Returns must be received received  same unworn condition with tags attached & original packaging.

Refunds will be issued as soon as garment is received by us.  We refund to the original method of payment only.

DO NOT SEND "RETURN TO SENDER" We accept no responsibility for parcels sent without return postage paid - we have found parcels sent this way often are not received by our store.  No responsibility is accepted by us.
