My Little Shop will accept an order as a confirmed offer to buy our product. Once the order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email.
We do our best to ensure availability of all listed products on our website. We endeavour to dispatch all orders in the shortest possible time frame.
If there is a delay we will notify you by email and advise you of the situation. At this time you can advise us if you wish to cancel the transaction or if necessary have the items dispatched separately. If you choose to cancel part of all of the order you will receive a full refund for all goods not supplied to you as per your order.
My Little Shop uses Australia Post for all orders. We accept no liablilty for delays in delivery once the product has been dispatched via Australia Post.
We sometimes find we may have to cancel a product due to circumstances beyond our control.
If you have place an order for a cancelled product you will receive a full refund of that product.
